     Designing a Database for Managing Academic Conferences and Business Events

     

    Abstract: During tis thesis the student will analyze the context of academic 
    conferences and business events in order to design a database 
    able to store information about the program of event (keynotes, sessions, 
    presentations, social events etc.). After the design phase,  the student has to 
    implement the designed database in a MySql environment also providing some

     ABSTRACT: Controller Design for Hydraulic Test Rig to identify misalignment in NI LabVIEW

    Objective of the work: to design a controler for a Hydraulic Test Rig by using NI LabVIEW. The controller should identify the misallignment of the system's connecting rods with respect to the bar of the lumped mass and the frame of the test rig.

    The test rig is available and the initial design of a simple controller model in NI LabVIEW is created that doesn't address the misalignment yet. More advanced controller designs to identify misalignment are anticipated to be developed within this study.

     ABTSRACT: Design an adaptive controller for Hydraulic Test Rig by using FPGA in NI LabVIEW

    Objective of the work: to design a controler for a Hydraulic Test Rig by using FPGA in NI LabVIEW. The controller should be adaptive and be able to identify any obstacle alongthe way of the lumped mass of the hydraulic test rig.

    The test rig is available and the initial design of a simple controller model in NI LabVIEW is created but it is not adaptive. More advanced and adaptive controller designs are expected to be developed within this study.

    Objective of the work: to develop a passive and active noise reduction system model in the example of a window and design an active controller system.     Objective of the work: To develop mathematical formualtions and simulaion models of the 2-DOF linear actuator system in order to dientify the system parameters using the frequency response data measured from the test rig - 2-DOF linear actuator that is available in the lab. This work is mostly based on programming in MATLAB/Simulink environment with limited hardware implementation.
