Dear students,

This is to inform you that the course of "Pro/ENGINEER (PTC Creo) Software as a tool in engineering" will be commenced on February 15th.

In order to book a seat, please contact to Khurshid Shaymardanov in room 409 or via contacts.

The enrollment for the course is expired. No more applications please.

Cordially,

Khurshid

P.S.:

1) Keep in mind that master and Last year (3rd Level) bachelor students are recommended to take part in the course. Other students can also join if the course does not overlap with the timetable of the main subjects.

2) Briefly about the course:

The workload of an engineer mostly comprises designing, manufacturing, quality control and assurance and experimental setup etc. Contemporary engineering jobs are equipped with the prefix computer aided, for instance: computer numerical control, computer aided manufacturing etc.

The aim of the course is to get students familiar with such concepts and let them to learn, understand, create and control these techniques. With this intention, the goal of the subject is on the basis of Creo Elements/Pro software, to go through Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) works.

CAD can be classified into part modeling, sketching and drafting of drawings, assembly modeling and so forth.

CAE itself has several subcategories as Structural Analysis, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and etc. toolboxes.
